The latest assignment in one of my classes is to animate a falling sack of rice. I couldn't find an actual sack, so I went with my teacher's suggestion and am going to use a pillowcase full of rice as a reference instead. D: I can't sew, so I had to use several safety pins to hold the pillowcase shut. Unfortunately, the fabric of the pillowcase isn't as stiff as a burlap sack so I can't watch it fall over (it has to be dropped) and apparently animating a dropped sack is much harder than drawing a sack that's falling over. This will be my third ever animation T.T
The pillowcase smells reaaaally good though, and we named it Battler-kun.

Also, who are some of your favorite artists? Any artists. Any. Well known and little know. Alive or dead. Even people that are on DA. I need at least 50 more for a project, so any suggestions of artists I should learn more about would be appreciated!
